There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery dates; any delivery delay or issue is solely the responsibility of the shipping company but will be investigated by ourselves.

I just placed an order, when will it be dispatched?
Please allow us 24 - 48 hours for processing and dispatch of your order.

Will I receive a tracking number?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is dispatched, you will receive an email confirming this 24 - 48 hours after your order. You can track the progress of your order via the tracking email you will receive.

Can I cancel my order?
